A gentle yet incredibly effective two-phase makeup remover, DHC Eye & Lip Makeup Remover effortlessly removes even waterproof makeup—mascara, eyeliner, and long-lasting lipstick. Simply shake the bottle to combine the water and oil phases and apply the product to a cotton pad—makeup disappears quickly and without the need for intense rubbing. The formula is enriched with Amur bark extract and vitamin E (tocopherol), which care for the delicate skin around the eyes and lips, soothing and moisturizing. Despite the oil content, the liquid doesn't leave a greasy film, has a light, refreshing consistency, and doesn't sting the eyes.
