Smile 40 Gold Contact Lenses Mild are gentle eye drops for people wearing lenses from the Japanese company Lion. Lion Smile 40 GOLD Contact Mild are Japanese eye drops intended for use by contact lens wearers experiencing eye discomfort resulting from eye strain or blurred vision.

Key features:

• Preservative-free – the formula is free from benzalkonium chloride (BAK) and other common preservatives, making the drops gentler on the eyes.

Actives:

• Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A): A vitamin that works directly on the cornea and activates the function of the eyes. 30,000 units,
• D-α-Tocopherol Acetate (Natural Vitamin E): A vitamin that promotes blood circulation and replenishes nutrients to the eyes. 0.05g,
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6): A vitamin that promotes metabolism. 0.04g,
• Chondroitin Sulfate Ester Sodium: Protects the cornea from damage caused by friction or dryness with the lens. 0.05g.

Other: Boric acid, borax, trometamol, isotonic agents, disodium EDTA, polyoxylated castor oil, polysorbate 80, pH adjusters.

How to use:

1. Read the product leaflet carefully (manufacturer's instructions) before use.
2. Ensure your hands are clean.
3. Do not use the drops if they become cloudy.
4. Insert 1–2 drops into each eye, up to 3–6 times a day, preferably after tilting your head slightly and pulling your lower eyelid down.
5. Blink a few times to evenly distribute the drops across the corneal surface.
6. Use the product with caution – excessive use may lead to undesirable effects (e.g., conjunctival hyperreactivity).

Contraindications:

• Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not touch the eye with the tip of the bottle.
• If symptoms (burning, redness, pain, blurred vision) worsen or persist for more than 48 hours, discontinue use and consult an ophthalmologist.
• This product is not intended for use while wearing soft contact lenses. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove the lens, apply the drops, wait, and then reinsert the lens.
• Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.

Precautions:

1. The following people should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

(2) People who have previously experienced allergic reactions to drops, etc.

(3) People with the following symptoms: severe eye pain.

(4) People diagnosed with: glaucoma.

3. Discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist, referring to the enclosed leaflet, if the following symptoms occur:

(1) Blurred vision persists.

(2) Symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use.

Notes:

(1) Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store in a cool place, out of direct sunlight.

(2) To maintain quality, do not store in high temperature places (above 40°C), such as inside a car or near a heater.

(3) After use, close the cap tightly and store away from fluorescent light.

(4) Do not transfer to another container. (This may lead to misuse or a change in quality.)

(5) Do not share with others.

(6) Do not use the product after the expiration date (printed on the outer packaging). Even if the expiration date has not yet passed, after opening, please follow the storage and handling instructions and use the product within 1-2 months.

(7) Depending on storage conditions, crystals from the ingredients may form on the tip of the container or inside the cap. If this occurs, gently wipe them with clean gauze or similar material before use.

(8) Do not use the container with anything other than its contents.
