Perfect Clear Cleanse is a two-phase cleansing gel - an oil for daily face and eye make-up removal by Shiseido Senka, Japan. This Japanese hybrid of oil and gel combines the make-up removal properties of oil with the cleansing properties of facial cleansing gel. It effectively dissolves all traces of makeup and cleanses the skin while eliminating the need for double cleansing. The combined phases of the oil and gel work together, removing all traces of even the most permanent makeup. They effectively remove waterproof mascara, sebum and impurities from the pores, without drying out the skin and destroying extended lashes. Shiseido Senka's flagship blend of Silk Essence (sericin and hydrolysed silk) and collagen and 2 types of hyaluronic acid provide the skin with regeneration.
