Medicated Sekkisei Lotion Excellent is a rich, highly concentrated whitening lotion with five moisturizing oriental herbal extracts designed for daily facial care by Japanese company Kose. Based on oriental herbal extracts, this whitening toner absorbs quickly, deeply moisturizes and prevents skin dehydration. It lightens visible hyperpigmentation and prevents the formation of new dark spots and freckles caused by sun exposure. Has an anti-aging effect and fights the signs of aging. Inhibits melanin production, evens out skin tone and restores a healthy, natural glow to the complexion. Promotes regeneration processes of UV damage and prevents dryness and other skin problems. It leaves the skin silky smooth, bright and beautiful. The rich product formula contains biomimetic ingredients and a high concentration of Chinese and Japanese plant extracts (Job's Tears, Isodonis Japonicus, Angelica extract, Melothria, Bracket Fungus).
