Balancing Water is a normalizing facial toner from the luxurious Shiseido ELIXIR Company. Hypoallergenic and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Ideal for all ages. This soothing toner is formulated to control sebum production, soften skin, improve collagen production in the skin, and achieve a younger, more beautiful complexion. It helps fight the signs of aging, balances hydration and oiliness, and tightens pores and evens the complexion. Promotes collagen production, tightens skin and reduces age-related pore problems. Inhibits excessive sebum secretion and visibly improves skin texture and clarity. Smoothes, eliminates roughness and minimizes pores. Prepares the skin for further care. Moisturizes, softens, firms and protects the skin. Botanical extracts brighten and balance skin's moisture. Shiseido ELIXIR Balancing Water creates a youthful, healthy-looking complexion. Skin is moisturized, smooth, radiant and supple. This unique formula contains collagen, which improves skin firmness and suppleness, as well as several plant extracts including:

• Baikal Thyroid Extract - contains anti-inflammatory ingredients, baicalin and baicalein, which protect the youthfulness of the skin. It has anti-allergenic and antioxidant properties, and is a probable tyrosinase inhibitor (anti-pigmentative, skin brightening);
• Rosemary extract protects the skin from defatting, has antiseptic, preventative and healing properties;
• Saxifrage extract improves microcirculation of blood in the skin, its nutrition, prevents formation of dark circles under the eyes;
• tea extract has pronounced antiseptic and antibacterial properties, soothes and heals damaged skin, normalizes metabolic processes in tissues, helps clear skin and narrow pores, improve complexion;
• peach seed extract strengthens and tones the skin, helps eliminate facial wrinkles, significantly improves complexion and soothes irritation.

How to use: after washing your face, gently wipe your skin with a soaked cotton pad.
