Brightening Moisture Emulsion WT is @cosme magazine's award-winning (2023, 2024) brightening moisturizing facial emulsion from Japanese company Shiseido ELIXIR. This luxurious whitening emulsion provides a hydrated, healthy and beautiful complexion. The Bright - Reflect formula contains active whitening ingredients that create moisture-filled skin and beautifully reflect light for a translucent, bright appearance. They also inhibit melanin production and prevent the appearance of spots and freckles. Shiseido ELIXIR Brightening Moisture Emulsion contains beautifying ingredients that give the skin firmness and elasticity. It moisturizes and also makes fine lines caused by dryness less visible.
